Boil 1/2 cup water with 1/4 tsp coconut oil and sufficient salt. When it boils gently add 1 cup Sezens Pathiri flour. Stir it only after 1 minute. Remove from flame and cover with a lid. After 1 minute, put the warm mixture in a flat vessel and knead it thoroughly to a soft dough. Make small balls of the dough and press it in chapati/pathiri presser. Cook Pathiri in coconut oil.
